ProcesoAI may collect the information you submit through the AI Opportunity Scan request form, the call booking flow, the partner application form, or direct email contact.

If you request an AI Opportunity Scan, we collect your name, work email, company website and anything you add in the form, and we use it only to prepare and send the Scan and to follow up once.

That can include contact details, company context, scheduling data, and anything you choose to share in an inquiry.

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, prepare Scans, manage scheduling, review partner applications, and understand how the site is being used.

If analytics tools are enabled, they are used to improve the site and understand demand patterns.

ProcesoAI uses third party scheduling (Calendly), CRM and form handling (HubSpot), analytics, hosting and communication tools to operate the site and respond to requests.
