Large companies have consultancies to help them through the AI shift. Owner-led businesses with 20 to 200 people don't, and they're the ones with the most manual work and the most to gain. Bespoke software has become affordable at that scale. Someone has to do the diagnosis and the build properly. That's the gap.

Has spent his career as an operator in Europe and Australia: co-founder and COO & CFO of OpenSC, a supply chain transparency company, and co-founder of Perch Finance.
