Will AI replace my team?
Some roles will change and a few tasks will disappear. We won't pretend otherwise. The businesses we work with usually have the opposite problem: too much work and not enough people. AI takes the admin, the team takes the work that needs judgement and relationships.
Is this software or consulting?
Both, in that order of importance. We diagnose and plan like consultants, then we build. Wherever possible we build on top of the tools you already pay for. When the right tool doesn't exist, we build it, which has become affordable at SME scale.
What does it cost?
The Scan is free. The Roadmap Sprint is a fixed fee agreed up front, sized to your company. The Partnership is priced per engagement: a retainer, fixed project fees, value tied components, or a mix. No hourly billing.
How quickly do we see results?
The Sprint takes 1-2 weeks. The first initiative is usually live within the first month of implementation. We choose it for speed and visibility, not for size.
Do we need an internal AI team first?
No. Most SMEs need a clear picture of where the value sits before they need a hire. If you should hire, the roadmap will say so.
What if our data is a mess?
It usually is. Cleaning up settings and stale data in the tools you already have is often the first workstream, and one of the highest returns.
Where are you based?
Sunshine Coast, Australia, with a distributed engineering team. Clients in ANZ, Latin America and Europe. Most of the work is remote; the diagnosis interviews are on video, the rest is async.
Who actually does the work?
The people who diagnose your business are the people who build the solution. ProcesoAI runs engagements with a small senior team and a distributed group of engineers. Nobody sells it and hands it to a graduate.
